Congratulations, Martha!

January 31, 2025

We would like to congratulate Martha Flores on her recent promotion to Provider Network Supervisor for the Aprendamos Family of Services organization! Martha has been with the Aprendamos for 4 years and prior to her promotion, she served as a Lead Provider Network Specialist and Billing Specialist. Martha’s skill sets include overseeing the credentialing cycle from start to finish, including initial credentialing, re-credentialing, and ongoing monitoring of provider status. She also is experienced in optimizing workflows to ensure timely processing and minimizing errors. Martha brings extensive knowledge of credentialing standards, regulations, and payer requirements to her new role and is skilled at ensuring that provider files are compliant with industry standards and that the credentialing process is thorough and efficient.

When we asked Martha what she was most looking forward to in her new role, she said, “I’m most excited about the opportunity to streamline and strengthen the credentialing process to ensure that it’s both efficient and compliant with all regulatory standards. Credentialing is critical to maintaining the quality of the provider network, and I’m eager to help enhance the accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of our processes. This will not only benefit the organization but also improve the experience for our providers and members.”

As a native Las Cruces resident, Martha enjoys being out in nature to reset and recharge. “I’ve lived here all my life. It’s a great place with a lot of charm—especially with the beautiful desert views and the local culture. I really enjoy the sense of community here.” When she isn’t working, she can be found hiking or spending time with her grandkids who keep her busy and bring joy and energy to her day.

Please join us in congratulating Martha!
